Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you’re accepting to abide to the following terms:

1. Types of Commission Work: All my commission types are posted in my Ko-Fi. Availability will vary and change unexpectedly without the user's knowledge, please keep that in mind when thinking about commissioning me.

2. Payment Terms and Agreements: Payments should be done 100% upfront in USD through Ko-Fi.

a. I will offer no refund unless I physically cannot complete your commission.

b. You may not ask for a refund for “dissatisfaction” with my completed artwork, due to the nature of my commission works, the process works closely with the client, so dissatisfaction with the final product is not viable.

3. Rights: I retain the rights to my work, the user may have usage rights within personal use.

a. Discussing commercial usage of my work will cost extra, this is something both parties will discuss and come to an agreement with.

b. You may not claim my work as your own.

c. You may not profit off my work without having the corresponding commercial rights.

d. I may post your commission on my twitter to promote myself, unless specified that you'd prefer for me not to.

4. General Terms:

a. I reserve the right to reject any commission application for any reason I deem.

b. You are commissioning me for my current artwork, paying for my art style and skill level. I will not adjust or change my art style outside my range for any type of commission work.

c. Considering the nature of commission work, I will check in with the buyer and do revisions when necessary. You have a maximum of two changes before any future changes have an additional fee.

d. You may not reuse, replicate trace, plagiarize or use my art for anything other than the purpose intended for.

e. My art will not be used for any hate speech, hate symbols, discriminatory uses or any similar figure. I will not tolerate hate.

5. Termination: I reserve the right of terminating this contract in the following situations:

a. You harass, disrespect or put me in an unsafe situation. You will not be given a refund if the contract is terminated in this way.

b. Mutual agreement, if both parties agree to terminate. The amount of money that will be refunded is based on the progression of the commission and up to my discretion.
